Drive2Success is a trading name of Food Hub Limited (“Foodhub”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 10619783.

Foodhub understands that your privacy is important and that you care about how your personal data is used and shared. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who uses the Drive2Success mobile application (referred to as the "App").

Foodhub will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a manner that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of our App. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our App immediately.

5.2 Please note our App does not hold or keep your payment details, such as billing information or credit or debit card information. Any payments made via our App will go through a third-party payment processor; we will have no access to this data.

8.5 Location tracking may be used for deliveries. Your GPS location may be shared with the restaurant and driver for route optimisation and status updates.

8.6 Delivery drivers can opt out of tracking via App settings, but this may impact delivery timing.

9. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?

9.1 If our business is sold or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner for the same purpose as originally collected.

9.2 You will not necessarily be contacted before such a transfer.

10. How Can You Control Your Data?

10.1 You will be given the ability to restrict our use of your data, especially for direct marketing. You may opt out by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

10.2 You may also register with the TPS, CTPS, or MPS to reduce unsolicited marketing. These services won't stop messages you have opted into.

11.1 To use all features and functions available on our App you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.

11.2 You may restrict our use of Cookies. You can choose to enable or disable Cookies in your internet browser. Most internet browsers also enable you to choose whether you wish to disable all Cookies or only third-party Cookies. By default, most internet browsers accept Cookies but this can be changed. For further details, please consult the help menu in your internet browser or the documentation that came with your device. You can choose to delete Cookies on your device at any time, however you may lose any information that enables you to access our App more quickly and efficiently.
